My name is Diana Nicholson. My husband and I live in Cuyahoga Falls with our 3 children. We have been a vegan family since around  2015. When I’m not baking I enjoy running and spending time outdoors with my family. Kind Cakes was created because  I wanted to show that vegan baked goods can be full of flavor and creativity. I wanted to make sure that my kids still had access to a fun birthday cake or everyday cookie that fit into our lifestyle. I enjoy being able to share these creations with you and your family on your special occasions. 

-- I currently bake under Ohio Cottage Bakery Laws. 
-- Cakes and muffins are made with almond milk unless there is a tree-nut allergy; in which case oat or soy can be substituted. If you have a flavor desire that you don’t see listed please ask!! 
-- I do offer gluten free items. These items are baked in the same kitchen as gluten items. I do bake GF on separate days, with seperate equipment, however there is a possibly that cross contamination can occur.
